		<description>Sometimes when i go too fast my favourite way of stoping is by falling what i do is crouch as much as i can and then i fall towards my toe-side with my elbows forward and i us my elbow protectors to stop, kind of like in those powerslides in which u use ur hands</description>

		<description>I can&#039;t speak for mountain boarding specifically, because I&#039;m new and haven&#039;t experienced much.  But I&#039;ve found that in snowboarding that it&#039;s best just to wrap up and let yourself go.  Don&#039;t try to stop the fall or brace for the impact.  Allowing yourself to bounce and roll will spread the impact to multiple places instead of one specific body part.</description>
